About Carly
Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade working in Nashville with individuals from all walks of life. I have served the community in various roles, including as a special education teacher, college access counselor, and through internships with a therapeutic foster care organization and an integrated community mental health clinic. My journey began with experiences as a summer camp counselor, teaching in education-based summer programs, and volunteering with adults with developmental disabilities. Fostering meaningful relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and socioeconomic statuses has deeply shaped my approach as a therapist, and I believe that meaningful change happens within connection.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and dog, traveling, seeing live music, snowboarding, and embroidering.
